What Is a Future Life Meditation?
A guided practice using the same brain state researchers have studied for decades. Hypnosis changes parts of your brain to slow down your worry and react response, quiet internal chatter, increase your mind body connection, and enter a dreamstate while staying awake.
From that grounded place, we open the heart and build elevated emotions that you can feel throughout your entire body.
Then we walk through your future life with vivid, descriptive imagery to make it feel as real as possible. Elements are pulled together from your notes on:
Your higher self who has already lived this life, along with your spirit guides are called in. Together you feel this life until the future version of you stops feeling imagined, and starts feeling like something you're already living, right now.
Your brain treats a vividly rehearsed future self as lived experience. More like a memory than a suggestion at this point. That's why it shifts motivation and behavior long after the session ends. It is recommended to listen 2x a day, right when you wake up, and right before bed, when you're most susceptible to programming.
The Process
Fill Out the Future Life Worksheet
You'll reflect on your dream life across different areas, career, relationships, home, and more, so we have real material to build from.
A Quick Call, Together
We hop on a short call so I can feel your vibe on each area you named, making the meditation as vivid and specific to you as possible.
Your Meditation Is Built
I create your personalized meditation layered with 432hz binaural beats, supporting brainwave entrainment while you listen, then send it to you.
Ready to Experience It?
A custom program build entirely for you, around your goals. It doesn't get more personalized than this. Are you ready to step into your future life?
As you listen twice a day, you might start noticing more visions of your future surfacing on their own. We can fold those into a V2 of your meditation, and keep building the vision out as far as you want to take it.
The Research Behind It
The Documented Hypnotic Brain State
Rainville et al. (1997) first showed hypnosis changing activity in the anterior cingulate cortex, Rainville, Hofbauer, Paus et al. (1999) mapped the broader shifts in cortical activity during hypnotic induction itself, and McGeown et al. (2009) found hypnotic induction measurably quiets the brain's default mode network, the same network active when your mind wanders or narrates your sense of self.
Vivid Imagination Registers as Lived Experience
The same hypnotic brain state, the shift in the anterior cingulate cortex and the quieting of the default mode network, is what lets a vividly imagined future register as present experience. That felt sense of already living it is what carries forward into motivation and behavior once the session ends.
