Getting started
Do I need to already believe in chakras or energy work for this to work?

No. Most people who start here are somewhere in the middle, curious but not fully sold, and that's a completely fine place to begin. The chakra framework gives us a map to work with, and the nervous system underneath it is real either way. You can hold the spiritual language loosely at first and see what you notice in your own body over time.

I'm skeptical of "manifestation." Is this just wishful thinking?

It's a fair thing to be skeptical of, a lot of manifestation content skips straight to "just believe it" without explaining anything underneath. What actually happens in this work is more specific: you build a felt sense of an emotional state, pair it with a clear vision of what you want, and clear the beliefs that are quietly blocking you from acting on it. That combination, a felt emotional state plus a specific plan, is something psychology research has looked at directly. The sources page has the studies if you want to check the mechanism for yourself.

Whether there's also something more mystical going on, a "universe responding" layer, is something I hold as genuinely possible and meaningful, but I won't claim it's proven. You get to decide how far you want to take that part.

What if I don't know how to meditate, or my mind won't quiet down?

That's actually the starting point, not a prerequisite you need to have handled first. The first stage of any work together is checking in on your baseline, things like whether belly breathing feels accessible or your mind still feels loud, and building from wherever that is. Nobody starts already good at this.

Choosing the right offer
What's the difference between the free meditation, the courses, and 1:1 coaching?

The free chakra meditation is a starting taste, a way to feel into all seven centers and notice where things feel strong or weak. The courses go deeper into one chakra at a time, teaching you the breathwork, postures, and meditation for that specific center so you can strengthen it yourself. 1:1 coaching and personalized meditations are where the targeted work happens, guided live, moving energy between specific centers based on exactly what's showing up for you that day.

There's a full breakdown of this on the homepage if you want to see it side by side.

How do I know if I should start with a course or go straight to coaching?

If you want to build a practice you can return to on your own, long term, a course is the better starting point. If you want someone guiding you through something specific right now, a pattern you keep bumping into, a decision you're stuck on, coaching or a personalized meditation will move faster. Some people do both, starting with a session to get oriented, then using a course to keep the practice going between sessions.

What to expect
What actually happens in a 1:1 coaching session?

Sessions move through a few stages depending on where you're at: checking your nervous system baseline, a chakra check-in to see what feels strong or weak, guided meditation to move energy where it's needed, and often work on a specific belief or pattern that's in the way. Not every session touches every stage, it depends on what you're working through that week.

How long until I notice a difference?

People tend to notice something shift within the first session or two, usually a change in how calm or clear they feel right after. The deeper patterns, the ones tied to long-held beliefs or old habits, take longer and tend to build gradually rather than all at once. This isn't a one-and-done fix, it's a practice you build a relationship with over time.

What's a personalized meditation, and how is it different from a coaching session?

You send over what you'd like to shift or call into your life, and a meditation gets built specifically around that intention. The live version includes a short call first, so I can feel into what you've shared before recording, plus 432hz binaural beats in the background. The recorded version skips the live call and gets delivered directly. Either way, it's yours to return to whenever you need it, most people find it useful to listen more than once.

The science and the spirit
Why do you talk about neuroscience and biology alongside chakras?

Because both things are true at once. The chakra system is a centuries-old map for working with the body and mind, and modern research on the nervous system, memory, and emotion happens to describe a lot of the same territory in different language. I trained in molecular and cell biology before doing this work, and that background shapes how I hold both sides together rather than picking one over the other. If you want the specific studies behind each concept, they're all linked on the sources page.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. This work sits alongside therapy, not in place of it. If something clinical comes up, a diagnosis, a medication question, anything that needs a licensed professional, that always gets pointed toward a doctor or therapist rather than handled here. Plenty of people do this work while also in therapy, and the two tend to complement each other well.

Can I do this work while on medication or in active treatment for something?

In most cases, yes, this kind of nervous system and mindset work is meant to support you, not replace anything you're already doing. If you have a specific health condition you're managing, it's worth mentioning at the start of working together so the pace and approach can be adjusted, but it's not a reason to hold off on starting.

What if something big or painful comes up during a session?

That happens sometimes, this kind of work can surface things you weren't expecting. Whatever comes up gets treated as something to explore together at whatever pace feels right, never pushed past where you're ready to go. If something surfaces that's better suited to a therapist's support, that gets named directly rather than worked around.
